1. Contract Party：This website kraftnestpackaging.com is operated by Shahe Chaojiang E-commerce Studio. All sales contracts are concluded directly between buyers and our studio. Shopify only provides website technical service and is not involved in physical order fulfillment.
2. Copyright Liability：Buyers shall guarantee all uploaded logos, texts, images and trademarks are legally authorized. The buyer shall be fully responsible for any copyright infringement lawsuits or compensation caused by unauthorized materials.
3. Custom Production Rule：All goods are produced strictly according to buyer’s final confirmed artwork. Any mistakes caused by incorrect files or parameters provided by the buyer shall be the buyer’s sole responsibility.
4. Cross-border Obligation：Import tariffs, customs inspection and local legal compliance obligations for international shipments belong to the buyer. No refund or reshipment will be offered for packages returned or abandoned due to buyer’s refusal, wrong address or non-delivery.
5. Governing Law：All transactions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the local court where our business is registered.
6. Revision Right：We reserve the right to update all website policies and legal statements, which shall take effect immediately after being published online.
