Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all custom packaging orders on kraftnestpackaging.com. By placing an order, you fully agree to the following shipping terms.

1. Processing & Production Time

All products are custom-made with no stock available. Every order requires custom artwork confirmation and factory production. Production takes 3–10 business days, depending on order quantity and craftsmanship complexity.

2. International Delivery Time

International shipping takes approximately 7–25 business days worldwide. All shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by international logistics issues do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

3. Shipping Method & Fees

We select the most suitable international shipping channel for each order. All shipping fees, fuel surcharges, and remote area fees are borne by the buyer. Any shipping cost differences caused by actual weight or volume changes will be paid by the buyer.

4. Customs & Duties

All import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, inspection fees, and local charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We do not cover any customs-related costs. No refund or dispute will be accepted due to customs tax issues or local policy restrictions.

5. Shipping Address Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for non-delivery, return, loss, or delay caused by incorrect addresses, invalid phone numbers, or unreachable recipients.

6. Delivery & Signature Confirmation

Once the tracking status shows "Delivered / Signed", the order is confirmed as successfully completed. No logistics dispute or refund request will be accepted after confirmed delivery.

Unreasonably refusing packages, abandoning shipments, or rejecting delivery will result in no refund, and all related losses will be borne by the buyer.

7. Force Majeure

Any delays caused by customs inspection, flight delays, weather conditions, holidays, local logistics strikes, or policy changes are beyond our control and do not constitute a breach of service.
