Sample Policy

• Standard samples: Available free of charge. Customers pay shipping cost only.
• Custom samples: USD $20–$80 depending on complexity. Sample cost can be refunded or deducted from bulk order once MOQ is met.

Return & Refund Policy

Only manufacturing defects are accepted. Claims must be submitted within 7 days after delivery with photo/video proof. Custom printed products are non-refundable for non-quality issues.
