Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website kraftnestpackaging.com and all custom packaging services provided by our store. By accessing our website, placing orders, and completing payments, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
All products sold on this site are 100% custom-made personalized packaging items, including custom boxes, printed bags, gift boxes, custom logos, custom sizes, and bespoke printing crafts. Custom products are produced according to each customer's unique requirements and cannot be resold. Custom orders do not qualify for free returns, refunds, or order cancellation without valid quality reasons.
2. Final Artwork Responsibility
All design files, logos, text content, sizes, and craft requirements are provided and confirmed by the buyer. Once the buyer confirms the final artwork for production, all errors including wrong text, wrong sizes, wrong images, or design mistakes are the full responsibility of the buyer.
We strictly follow the final confirmed file for production. No refund or remake will be offered for customer-side design errors.
3. Production Tolerance
Custom printing industry allows reasonable technical deviations, which do not constitute quality issues:
- Minor color difference between screen display and physical products
- Small cutting, positioning, and embossing deviations
- Slight texture and brightness differences between paper batches
These normal deviations are not eligible for refunds, disputes, or remakes.
4. Order Modification & Cancellation Policy
- Before artwork confirmation and production: free modification is allowed
- After artwork confirmation, material purchasing, or production start: order cancellation and full refund are not permitted
- If the buyer forcibly cancels an in-production order, the buyer shall bear all material costs, plate fees, machine fees, and labor losses
5. Production Lead Time
Production time is based on confirmed order schedule. Reasonable delays caused by material supply, craft adjustment, or factory arrangement are not considered breaches of service and are not eligible for compensation or refund.
6. Copyright & Compliance
The buyer guarantees that all uploaded images, logos, texts, and designs are legal and authorized. Any copyright infringement issues caused by customer-provided materials shall be fully borne by the buyer.
7. Shipping & Customs Liability
All international shipping fees, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for package refusal, abandonment, detention, or return caused by the buyer's local customs, policy changes, or personal reasons. No refund will be issued for such cases.
8. Dispute & After-Sales Rule
We only provide after-sales service for manufacturing quality defects, including serious wrong size, wrong printing, obvious damage, or missing crafts.
Subjective dissatisfaction, expectation differences, personal preference changes, shipping delays, or customs problems are not valid refund reasons.
9. Terms Update
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately after being published on our official website.
