Return & Refund Policy for Custom Packaging Products

All products on kraftnestpackaging.com are custom-made, personalized, made-to-order packaging items, including custom boxes, custom paper bags, logo printing, size customization, and bespoke printing services. Custom products are produced exclusively according to each customer’s unique design and requirements.

Custom items are NOT eligible for general returns, refunds, or order cancellation once production has started.

一. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns, refunds, chargebacks, or order cancellations for the following cases: 

1.Customer changes mind, cancels order for personal reasons, budget issues, or no longer needs the goods

2.Incorrect design file, wrong size, wrong logo, or wrong text provided by the customer 

3.Production has been started, artwork confirmed, printing in progress, or package shipped 

4.Minor color difference, normal printing position deviation, or paper texture difference within industry standard tolerance

5.Package refused or abandoned by buyer due to customs, tax policy, or personal failure to receive 

二. Qualified After-Sales & Refund Conditions 

We only accept replacement, reprint, or partial refund for our production errors:

1.Obvious damage, broken printing, missing print, or defective finished goods

2.Wrong size, wrong logo, wrong text, or wrong craftsmanship that does not match the final confirmed customer file

After-sales Time Limit: Buyers must submit clear photos or videos for quality inspection within 7 calendar days after delivery. No claims will be accepted after the deadline. 

三. Order Modification & Cancellation Rule

1.Before production starts: free file modification is allowed

2.After artwork confirmation or production started: order cannot be canceled or fully refunded

四. Shipping & Customs Terms

International shipping fees, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are borne solely by the buyer and are non-refundable. Any refusal or abandonment of the package will not qualify for a refund. 

五. Final Agreement

By placing an order on our website, you fully understand and agree that all custom packaging products are bespoke and non-refundable for general personal reasons.
